Job Summary
As a Landscape Laborer, you will assist with a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks. From installing new landscapes to maintaining existing properties, your work will directly enhance curb appeal and keep properties looking their best year-round.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation (trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, etc.)
- Help install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and edging
- Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees and shrubs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Assist with grading, site prep, and general landscaping tasks
- Perform cleanup, debris removal, and routine property maintenance
- Support the team in maintaining high-quality workmanship on all jobs
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment preferred
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or tree work is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable transportation is preferred
