Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)Job Summary
Recruiter Line is partnering with a respected home health organization to hire a Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the Johnstown, PA area. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while helping them achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
