- Research, design, and implement cybersecurity solutions for hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with security standards and best practices.
- Lead projects involving tool implementations, integrations, and enhancements across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Develop and maintain security architecture strategies to support business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Integrate security into application development, infrastructure, and operational workflows.
- Support AI security initiatives, ensuring robust protection for AI-driven applications and data.
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure security is embedded in technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize configurations for security tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline; advanced certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security) preferred.
- Extensive experience in cloud security (Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Exposure to AI security principles and emerging technologies.
- Strong background in security architecture and strategic planning.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex security projects.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management platforms.
