IT Business Systems Analyst

Recruit22 is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst for a healthcare client. This role involves advising and interacting with project end-users and team members, documenting and assisting in system flow, design considerations, and implementation of assigned projects according to stakeholder requirements, as well as performing QA testing and verification.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop IT project requirements and translate them into specifications and mock-ups for development.
• Organize and manage assigned tasks to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and departments regarding project progress and developments.
• Serve as a key support contact for IT development and reporting.
• Research issues and recommend solutions or courses of action to meet specified requirements.
• Coordinate changing priorities for projects as requested by sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation in alignment with established standards and tools.
• Evaluate potential technical issues and recommend solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Validate and organize testing of new development to confirm desired results prior to release.
• Promote strong customer service standards and foster effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in team initiatives and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clinical IT support and IT project management.
• Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with VISIO, wireframe software, or PDF editors is a plus.
• Background in multi-location healthcare environments preferred; other relevant experience will be considered.
• Previous dialysis experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both management and end-users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) required.
