Client & Account Ownership
- Serve as the primary partner for assigned client accounts
- Lead intake calls and advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives
- Manage communication, expectations, and hiring priorities across multiple searches
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
- Own searches end‑to‑end: intake → sourcing → interviews → offers → close
- Recruit across a range of technology roles, including:
- Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
- Data, Analytics & AI
- Cloud, DevOps & Security
- Technology & Product Leadership
- Source and engage top‑tier technical talent
- Deliver strong candidate pipelines and a standout candidate experience
- Manage offers and close candidates successfully
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and talent trends
- Provide insight into competitive markets and evolving skill demands
- Partner closely with Recruit22 leadership to continuously improve outcomes
