Recruit Secure is collaborating with a successful, stable and highly rated Skilled Nursing Home that is seeking an experienced, externally focused Marketer (for direct hire) to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing plans to market the Nursing Home in the Edison, NJ area to hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate referrals for admissions. Additionally, the Marketer will be a Liaison with Hospitals in the area and associated facilities,. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic facility and to directly affect their success. Responsibilities:
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Liaise with area hospitals, health and medical centers
- Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
- Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Conduct research as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Knowledge of Healthcare facilities and Hospital systems, especially in the Central NJ area
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor plans
