Solution Architect (Applications)
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end application design across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, and security requirements. This role partners closely with product, engineering, cloud, data, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modern solutions.
What You’ll Do
•Own solution architecture for new applications and major enhancements
•Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient technical designs
•Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and “golden architecture” patterns
•Design integrations using API-first, event-driven, and modern integration approaches
•Define data flows, integration security, and application security best practices
•Support delivery teams through implementation, resolving design challenges
•Drive application modernization and reduce technical debt across legacy systems
Key Focus Areas
•Integration & APIs: ERP/CRM integrations, API design, event-driven architecture
•Security by Design: Auth, encryption, compliance (CMMC/NIST-aligned)
•Architecture Governance: ARB participation, standards enforcement, exception management
•Operational Readiness: Monitoring, logging, DR/BCP, and support models
What We’re Looking For
•10 years in application architecture / solution design
•Experience designing distributed systems and enterprise integrations
•Strong with architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, system design)
•Solid understanding of scalability, performance, resiliency, and observability
•Comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering, product, and security
Nice to Have
•Experience in regulated environments (CMMC, NIST, FedRAMP)
•Azure/cloud architecture (Azure Gov a plus)
•Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integration platforms
Work setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 1 day remote
