You’ll serve as the primary point of contact in the clubhouse during your scheduled hours while also supporting behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Schedule and HoursThis position is designed to provide consistent, year-round coverage:
- Monday Wednesday: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Office is closed Friday Sunday
Please note: This role may occasionally require evening, weekend, or minor holiday availability to support community events or provide coverage as needed.
Compensation
- $19.50 per hour
- Paid biweekly
- Accrued sick time provided
What You’ll Do
This role is a mix of front desk support, administrative coordination, and light facility oversight. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Welcoming residents and guests and assisting with general questions
- Supporting clubhouse rental reservations, including scheduling, payments, and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and key card/fob access profiles
- Keeping the clubhouse organized, presentable, and ready for daily use
- Completing daily checklists and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
- Conducting a brief daily checkin at a secondary community facility
- Assisting with setup and support for community events as needed
- Providing coverage for the office during manager absences
