Part-Time Office Assistant - Boulder | April 2026
Location: Downtown Boulder Office
Commitment: 4 - 5 days per week, 30 hours/week during standard business hours (9am-5pm)
Mosaic Architects is a full-service architecture and interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects throughout Colorado and California. We have offices in Boulder, San Francisco, and Santa Barbara.
We are looking to bring a motivated professional to our Boulder team who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has strong organizational skills. This is a role with a mix of basic office management responsibilities, admin, and marketing support. This person will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a busy office, supporting a team of ten architects and designers.
Responsibilities
· Greet visitors and clients, answer and direct phone calls from main line
· Process and route packages and deliveries
· Manage inventory of material samples, office supplies, and groceries
· Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
· Perform administrative tasks including: sorting digital and physical files, transcribing meeting notes, corresponding with industry reps, supporting California offices with admin needs
· Manage marketing tasks such as:
- Social media posts, copywriting digital newsletters, upkeep of Wix web design, submitting award applications
- Assisting with photoshoots and project photography
· Run local errands related to office or project needs (having a vehicle is required)
· Personal assistant to CEO
Qualifications
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum 5 years of office experience in an administrative and operational role
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail
· Required: Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment and software programs including: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Instagram
· Preferred: Wix, SEO optimization, StudioDesigner
