Recreate Behavioral Health of Ohio is seeking a Mental Health Group Facilitator to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The Group Facilitator is an individual with hands-on experience and knowledge in the treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. The facilitator is responsible for leading both process and psychoeducational group therapy sessions. Additionally, the Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation and crisis intervention when necessary and communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.

- Master’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
- Two years of work experience in the mental health field.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and group facilitation strategies.
- Collaborates with Clinical Director and Treatment Team to help develop and implement a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
- Delivers relevant and appropriate topics in scheduled group sessions.
- Completes all group notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Documents all services provided in the EMR system.
- Maintains knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of client care.
- Participates in staff meetings and provides training related to therapeutic services and mental health topics.
- Experience facilitating mental health process and psychoeducational groups.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer physical examination/medical history check and TB test.
- Must maintain professional license and certification required by state law in good standing.
- Must hold an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or LMFT.
Salary : $35 - $45
