We are seeking Evening IOP Group Facilitators to support our mental health Intensive Outpatient Program. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about group therapy and interested in providing meaningful care during evening hours.

Your Role
As an Evening IOP Group Facilitator, you will lead structured, evidence-based therapy groups for adults participating in our evening mental health program. You will help clients build practical skills to manage symptoms, strengthen coping strategies, and improve daily functioning.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support consistent, high-quality treatment delivery and a positive client experience.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW, or be actively working toward independent licensure
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Experience facilitating group therapy or strong interest in developing group facilitation skills
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to facilitate structured, engaging, and clinically appropriate groups
- Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
- Availability during evening program hours
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions in alignment with the Evening IOP curriculum
- Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and practical tools for daily functioning
- Create a safe, inclusive, and therapeutically supportive group environment
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support continuity of care
- Maintain professionalism and uphold program standards
- Perform additional duties as needed to support evening program operation

Evening Intensive Outpatient Program
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Group Times:
- 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
