Recovery Ways in Murray is looking for a passionate, energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our incredible team! If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference in people's lives, this is it.
About The Role
Working full or part time with flexible scheduling between Monday-Saturday 8am to 5pm. We do ask for two Saturdays per months for a few hours, but you choose the Saturdays! We offer excellent pay, a supportive team, and a work environment that is both fun and deeply rewarding.
No Mental Health Experience? No Problem!
While mental health experience is preferred, it's not required. We provide full training in mental health treatment techniques and help you grow every step of the way.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as occupational therapy professional
- Solid understanding of OT principles and best practices
- Comfort with common computer applications
- Ability to connect with and support patients of all personality types
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- A valid COTA license
