• Thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
• Builds authentic, compassionate relationships with clients and staff
• Maintains strong professional boundaries and a polished clinical presence
• Is confident leading process groups, individual, and family therapy sessions
• Can juggle multiple client-centered treatment plans with ease
• Has a strong understanding of mental health treatment practices
• Holds a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or similar)
• Background in addiction and/or mental health preferred
