What You'll Do
- Inspect facility equipment and systems regularly to identify maintenance needs.
- Service and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, troubleshooting and repairing issues as needed.
- Maintain machinery, fixtures, outlets, wiring, and other equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Complete work orders, including preventive maintenance tasks and responding to after-hours emergencies when on call.
- Document maintenance activities, materials used, and time spent in the work order system.
- Test and calibrate systems to meet safety and performance standards.
- Participate in training to stay current on industry best practices, new technologies, and safety regulations.
