What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor electronic security systems, touchscreen displays, and control panels
- Unlock/lock doors and control access to secure areas
- Monitor alarms, identify breaches, and take action to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain equipment through daily inventory, checks, and basic operator maintenance
- Keep accurate logs of security events and system activity in real time
- Generate reports and system summaries to verify functionality and security status
- Support overall facility safety by staying vigilant and responsive to potential risks
What We're Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience & Training
- Completion of state-required basic recruit training course(s) or equivalent (required)
Licenses/Certifications
- Must meet minimum age requirements per state certification/licensing authority
- Valid driver's license may be required (varies by state/contract)
