We're seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to manage and coordinate care for individuals served during their shift, ensuring positive outcomes and seamless collaboration with the healthcare team. What You'll Do

As a Charge Nurse (RN) , you will:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care to assigned individuals served, monitoring their condition and response to interventions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all care, medications, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care.
• Organize and prioritize care tasks to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, discharge planning, and utilization review.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing -BSN (preferred)

Experience

• Nursing specialty certification (required)
• Two (2) years as an RN in long-term care, med/surg, or inpatient psychiatry (required)
• Two (2) years of increasingly responsible leadership experience to include charge, lead or supervisory responsibilities (preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice or eligible via reciprocity (required)
