Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview:

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing our housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards, training and supervising staff, and implementing efficient housekeeping processes.

Shift: Days & every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Monitor and control housekeeping budget and expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Director or similar supervison role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
