Recore Electric is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Apprentices for a large multiyear project in the Charlotte/Pineville area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Highschool Diploma, or equivalent.
- Clean criminal background.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic hand tools (we will provide a list).

Additional Details:
- Apprentices will complete a 90-day probationary period upon hire.
- Apprenticeship is a four-year program, combining 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 624 hours of classroom instruction.
- Instruction includes OSHA safety, electrical theory, NEC requirements, motor controls, grounding/bonding, solar PV systems, and exam preparation for journeyman licensing.
