The Opportunity
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and mentoring the broader sales and estimating team. You’ll be expected to lead from the front—actively engaging in business development activities, coaching your team, and maintaining the highest level of accountability and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up
- Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets in alignment with yearly KPIs
- Support and mentor account managers and estimators to ensure their continual development and success
- Execute monthly marketing strategies including industry events, presentations, and networking activities
- Oversee accurate use of CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and client-aligned proposals
- Actively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client engagement strategies
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- High level of initiative, personal accountability, and professional integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
- Willingness to travel and work in varying environments
