ReConnect Integrative Center for Mental Health is a neuroscience-informed practice dedicated to helping people regulate their nervous systems and experience meaningful, lasting change in their emotional and physical well-being.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for people and is interested in integrative approaches to mental health such as mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and brain-based wellness support.
No prior neurotechnology experience is required. Training is provided for the right candidate.
This role combines client support during sessions with opportunities to assist in educational events and community relationship-building over time.
About the role
As an Integrative Care Technician, you will help support clients during brain-based wellness sessions and contribute to creating a calm, welcoming clinical environment.
The right candidate will be trained to assist with session-based technologies used to support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being.
This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys working with people, and is curious about how mind-body approaches support healing.
Responsibilities
- Support clients before and during brain-based wellness sessions
- Prepare treatment rooms and session environments
- Help maintain a calm and professional clinical atmosphere
- Assist with scheduling coordination related to sessions
- Provide follow-up support for clients after visits
- Support membership communication and client experience continuity
- Assist with workshops and small educational events
- Help develop relationships with local wellness providers and community partners
- Learn to assist with session-based nervous system regulation technologies

Position structure
- This role begins as a part-time independent contractor position so that both the candidate and our team can ensure a strong mutual fit.
- As training progresses, the position may grow into a larger part-time or full-time role supporting brain-based wellness sessions within the practice.
- We are especially interested in candidates seeking a stable environment where they can contribute and grow over time.
Compensation
Starting at $25 per hour
Additional increases may be available as training progresses and responsibilities expand to include session support and community outreach involvement
