Pay: $55.00–$72.00 per hour Commission
Schedule: Part-time to start (2–3 days/week), with a clear growth path toward full-time
Location: Bee Cave / Lakeway – 11701 Bee Caves Rd, Suite 130, Austin, TX 78738
Beauté Paris Med Spa and Wellness unites inner vitality with physical restoration. Our integrative wellness services are designed to help patients age gracefully, feel stronger, and live with sustained energy. We are not a high-volume, procedure-driven clinic. We are a sanctuary, and our providers practice concierge-level medicine as long-term partners in each patient’s health journey.
As the primary clinician for our integrative wellness program, you will take full clinical ownership of patient care within our physician-led practice. There is no internal competition for these patients; you are the dedicated provider for this program.
This role is designed for a hands-on PA-C or FNP-C who understands that building a concierge patient base takes intention, not just volume. You will grow your book through clinical outcomes, trust, and long-term relationships. The infrastructure, protocols, and support are in place, but the patient relationships are yours to build and steward.
Clinical Focus
- Conduct unhurried, comprehensive wellness intakes and manage longitudinal patient care plans with a white-glove standard.
- Perform Good Faith Exams (GFE) to medically clear patients for aesthetic and wellness treatments across the practice, ensuring safety and protocol adherence.
- Direct and manage physician-led protocols for weight management, including GLP-1 therapies, and hormone replacement care with precision dosing and lab-monitored follow-up.
- Prescribe and manage targeted peptide protocols for sleep, recovery, cognitive focus, and performance optimization.
- Oversee and administer IV therapies, ensuring clinical consistency and safety.
Who You Are
- Active Texas PA-C or FNP-C license with prescriptive authority, in good standing.
- Current NPI number and active DEA registration required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Integrative Health, Functional Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Care.
- Comfortable performing GFEs, interpreting advanced laboratory panels, and providing hands-on, longitudinal, relationship-based care.
- Root-cause focused, patient-centered, and aligned with a refined, hospitality-driven medical model.
- Motivated to build and retain a personal concierge patient base within a supported clinical environment.
- Genuinely curious about longevity, regenerative medicine, and performance optimization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly base: $55.00–$72.00 per hour, determined at offer based on licensure, experience, and clinical background.
- Commission: Additional performance-based commission earned on select services.
- Quarterly bonuses: Performance-based rewards tied to clinic growth and patient retention.
- Paid time: Covered for training, clinical collaboration, and program development.
- Luxury perks: Complimentary aesthetic treatments, IV therapies, and employee pricing on medical-grade skincare.
- Flexible scheduling: Request-based time off with advance notice, no formal cap.
Hourly placement reflects depth of integrative experience, specifically hands-on management of GLP-1, BHRT, and peptide protocols, as well as demonstrated ability to build and retain an independent patient base. Candidates newer to functional or integrative medicine will be placed at the lower end, while those with deeper dedicated integrative experience and a proven patient book will be considered at the higher end.
Benefits — Unlocked at 32 hours/week:
- Company-subsidized health insurance with 50% employer contribution
- Optional dental and vision plans
This role begins as part-time. Benefits become available once hours reach 32 per week, which grows naturally as your patient book builds.
