The Parts Counter Associate supports customers and service teams by managing parts sales, inventory, and logistics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on accuracy, organization, and customer service.

- Process parts orders, sales, and invoices
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts
- Assist customers and technicians with parts needs
- Track orders, backorders, and returns
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Use electronic parts catalogs and systems
- Keep the workspace clean and safe
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license
