Interior Design Lead Stylist

MISSION OF THE ROLE

To transform homes that feel “almost there” into spaces that feel collected, intentional, personal, and complete.

The Lead Stylist carries the final layer of the Reclaimed Home experience — whether styling a completed interior design project, leading a standalone Home Styling transformation, helping shape retail merchandising stories, or supporting the curation of looks at market. This role requires a trained eye, confident decision-making, strong client presence, and the ability to protect the Reclaimed Home look from concept to final reveal.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead Home Styling projects from consultation through installation.
• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their space, lifestyle, needs, and budget.
• Create styling plans that balance beauty, function, scale, texture, color, comfort, and real life.
• Shop and curate furnishings, artwork, accessories, textiles, and décor from Reclaimed’s inventory and trusted vendors.
• Style completed interior design projects with the finishing layers that make a space feel personal, layered, and complete.
• Help shape retail merchandising stories so the shoppe feels collected, inspiring, shoppable, and aligned with the Reclaimed Home look.
• Attend market as needed to help curate looks, identify styling opportunities, and support buying decisions through the lens of what will work in real homes and retail displays.
• Lead the styling direction on install days, making real-time decisions, keeping the team moving, and protecting the visual standard.
• Prepare for and execute installation days, including organizing product, loading accessories, placing furniture, hanging artwork, styling surfaces, and completing the final reveal.
• Maintain styling inventory so installations are organized, efficient, and ready to execute well.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a trained eye for color, texture, scale, proportion, composition, and layering. You can walk into a room and quickly see what is missing, what needs to be edited, and what will make the space feel finished.
• You are not just drawn to pretty things — you understand how to create rooms, displays, and product stories that feel collected, intentional, personal, and livable.
• You enjoy working directly with clients, making confident decisions, and helping people stop overthinking their homes. You are just as comfortable leading a consultation as you are climbing a ladder, fluffing pillows, moving furniture, styling a retail moment, or rearranging a room because you know it can be better.
