The role
We’re looking for a Product Content Copywriter to join our Product & Customer Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing product content across our six platforms and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our brand. You will also be the go-to in- expert for all products—understanding how each product works, brand compliance requirements, expiry dates, certification status and brand details.
You will manage our product knowledge base, brand library, and certified product playbooks, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, and optimized for customer experience, engagement, conversion, and SEO. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing content improvement strategies to enhance product quality and performance continuously.
What you’ll do:
Create high-quality, accurate product content for new brands and launches across all platforms;
Maintain and update product content and the product knowledge base to ensure completeness and accuracy;
Be the product expert, understanding all product details, including certifications, expiry dates, compliance requirements, and brand specifications;
Maintain and update the brand library, visuals, approved copy;
Ensure certified product content is compliant; collaborate with brands to achieve compliance when needed;
Develop and maintain content playbooks for certified products;
Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility, engagement, and conversion;
Support ad hoc content projects and initiatives as needed.
What you have:
Over 2 years of experience in product content, e-commerce content management, copywriting, or related field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail;
Understanding of SEO principles and how content can drive visibility and engagement.

Systems & Tools

Nice-to-have
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products;
Experience working with content management systems such as Contentful, WordPress;
Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and content analytics tools.
