Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and motivate Wellness Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage scheduling, daily shift assignments, and coverage across studios.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment aligned with the Recharge mission and values.
Operations & Guest Experience
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all studios, including adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor quality standards for cleanliness, equipment readiness, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns or service escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all therapies and ensure staff are confident in explaining their benefits.
Sales & Membership Support
- Assist in achieving revenue goals by supporting membership sales, guest retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Train staff to conduct engaging tours and promote memberships or wellness passes.
- Monitor booking flow, manage waitlists, and ensure accurate use of Wix booking software.
Administrative & Facility Management
- Manage inventory levels for retail and studio supplies; ensure timely restocking.
Oversee compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach programs.
- Prepare and share shift reports, client feedback summaries, and operational insights with the Club Owner.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or spa management.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with small teams.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their well-being.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in technology platforms like Wix, ADP, or similar software.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
