Wellness Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct engaging facility tours and explain membership and pass options.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through every interaction, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Support guest retention by following up after visits and gathering feedback.

Operations & Studio Readiness

• Operate and monitor advanced wellness equipment including infrared saunas, PEMF devices, and steam pods (training provided).
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all rooms are organized and ready for use.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to uphold high standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

Scheduling & Administrative Support

• Schedule client sessions, manage waitlists, and ensure smooth daily flow of appointments.
• Accurately enter data in Wix booking software and process payments.
• Assist with inventory restocking and product merchandising.
• Report maintenance or guest issues promptly to the Assistant Manager.

Community & Marketing Support

• Participate in in-studio events and local outreach programs.
• Represent the Recharge brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Share client success stories and promote services across social and community channels (optional).

Qualifications

• Passion for wellness, health, and exceptional customer care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive with attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating technology-driven equipment and booking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service, spa, or fitness experience preferred (training provided).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
