Machine Operator: Responsible for operating CNC lathes, mills, and 2nd operation manual lathes to create parts according to AS9100 quality processes. executing a wide array of The primary objective is to ensure the accurate production of machined components while adhering to stringent quality standards and operational protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in machining principles and techniques.
- Perform designated operations as per drawing/ work order requirements.
- Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of machining activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform maintenance on department equipment as required; and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote efficiency, safety, and a positive work environment.

Shift: First (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:
- Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
- Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
- Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
- Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
- Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
