Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates in the technical recruiting field, with a preference for those with construction or related industry experience.
- Proficiently research potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networking sites, databases, and online tools.
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for all candidates.
- Effectively promote and market our recruiting services to potential clients.
- Negotiate, problem-solve, and close deals to achieve desired results.

- Strong communication skills for effective persuasion, counseling, advising, and closing for action.
