Duties
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will provide guidance and resources).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products, including benefits administration and coverage options.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Analyze client data to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Engage in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Experience
- No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals from all backgrounds.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes and products is a plus.
