Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate leads.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes.
Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Experience in retail sales or benefits administration is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
