Program Overview:
We are a luxury mental health PHP/IOP in the Norwood area. Our Primary Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide structured, evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our team and contribute to the clinical care of our clients.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (5:15pm - 8:30pm), $100.00 per group. A commitment to all 4 days is preferred but we are open to interviewing for someone that is able to a minimum of 2 shifts.
Position Summary:
The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading structured group therapy sessions within our PHP/IOP program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the primary mental health population, provide a safe and supportive group environment, and ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions (1.5 hours each) in alignment with the program’s therapeutic model.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and clinically appropriate group environment.
- Encourage participation, provide guidance, and support clients in their recovery and personal growth.
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and alignment with individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with licensure and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field (required).
- Actively on track for licensure (required).
- LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW (preferred).
- Experience working with the primary mental health population (required).
- Strong group facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport with clients.
