Job description
At Rebound, your patient caseloads will be varied and may include post-op rehab, sports injuries, chronic and acute type conditions, vestibular, balance training, and strengthening. You’ll treat ages 13 and up.
Morning, evening, and weekend hours are available. A candidate looking to start with a part-time schedule would also be considered. You must be licensed in the state of Maryland.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Performing initial and ongoing assessments of your patient's condition.
- Establishing a plan of care that is appropriate to the problems identified and involves your patient.
- Performing therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of your patient.
- Overseeing the activities of students and other support personnel as they relate to your patients

With an open-door policy encouraging staff engagement when developing or updating policies, procedures, and systems. The atmosphere is comfortable, approachable, and friendly.
Rebound offers a current and research-based approach to the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries. Our full-time therapists typically treat 9-12 patients per day with built-in documentation time for daily documentation and discharge notes. Our unique services include Return to Run, High School and Master swimmer Rehab Programs, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, and custom orthotics.
