Rebellion Fabrication is seeking a Temporary Account Manager to support our finance function during a transitional period. This is a part-time, remote role (1020 hours per week) focused on execution, accuracy, and strong financial communication.

This position is temporary only and not a temp-to-hire opportunity. We are looking for a self-starter and problem solver who can jump in immediately, work closely with our owner, and help keep day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Cash Management

• Execute weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Implement and manage weekly cash flow plans
• Partner closely with the owner to ensure cash priorities are aligned and executed

Accounts Payable & Bill Execution

• Process and manage vendor payments through Bill.com
• Ensure the correct vendors are paid at the right time based on cash flow planning
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trails

Accounting Support & Reconciliations

• Perform account reconciliations as needed
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Support accuracy and cleanliness of financial records

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in daily/weekly check-ins with the owner to ensure alignment and clarity
• Proactively flag issues, risks, or discrepancies
• Operate with a high level of ownership and accountability

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or account management
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, cash flow management, and A/P
• Experience working with Bill.com
• Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight
• Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communicator
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments is a plus
