Experienced Structural Steel Fabricator

You May Be the Right Fit If You:
- Have 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced structural steel environment
- Confidently read and interpret blueprints and weld callouts
- Have experience fabricating stairs
- Can set up welding equipment to your preferences
- Are qualified in fit-up and weld quality control
- Produce quality work with minimal instruction
- Verify your own work and review the work of others
- Take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and hold yourself accountable
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
- Want to continue learning and growing

Key Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and fabricate and weld according to print
- Build structural and architectural steel components, including stairs
- Complete fit-up and welding work that meets quality standards
- Inspect and verify your work
- Review the work of others when needed
- Communicate and collaborate with the production team
- Maintain accountability for fit-up and weld inspection results
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10-hour shifts
- Work Location: In person
- Required Experience: 2–3 years of structural steel fabrication and welding experience
