At FarrallBuilt LLC, you'll work on a variety of fabrication projects, use your welding expertise, and help bring ideas from blueprint to finished product. Every day offers something different, and your skills will have a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding on a variety of metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements with precision
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and custom components
- Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, mills, lathes, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
- Repair and maintain metal parts, equipment, and structures as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work independently and alongside a team to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and shop tools
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
- Welding certifications are a plus, but experience and skill matter most
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a drug test
