What Youll Do
- Lead all aspects of accounting and finance, including cash flow, AR/AP, inventory, and reconciled financial statements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic growth.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Partner with leadership on M&A, capital investments, and strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Enhance systems and reporting for actionable insights and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- Proven CFO experience in growth-focused organizations with revenues of $1B .
- 10 years leading accounting and IT teams in multi-site operations (500 locations).
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus).
- Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial controls.
- M&A experience and ability to manage complex financial deals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with PDI accounting software is highly desired.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a 24/7 mindset.
