We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to craft and execute impactful, data-informed media strategies that drive measurable results. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end media planning and campaign execution process across diverse advertising channels, working collaboratively to exceed client expectations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a focus on driving desirable, realistic outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop integrated media strategies that align with client goals and target audience insights, focusing on innovation across digital and traditional channels, including social, programmatic, CTV, TV, radio, and print.
Leverage data, market research, and analytics to guide media strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Lead the execution of media campaigns, managing placement, scheduling, budget allocation, and vendor relationships.
Perform daily campaign strategy and management, leveraging data-driven insights to scale recommendations. Drive performance through keyword research, ad copy development, landing page optimization, and in-depth analysis.
Implement, manage, and refine campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic demand-side platforms (DSPs), including traditional media vendor management.
Performance Reporting and Insights:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, Call Rail, and other measurement platforms.
Work closely with our data science team to dive deeper into metrics and make strategic decisions around campaign optimizations.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Client Engagement and Team Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted partner to clients in conjunction with the Strategy and Account teams, providing expert guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, strategy, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency.
Clearly communicate campaign strategies, processes, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills in media strategy and execution.
