Role Overview
As a Content Strategist, you’ll be the big-brained architect behind how content is structured, discovered, and experienced online. Your focus will be on building intuitive information architecture, crafting AI-powered, SEO-forward content strategies, and applying analytics and research to ensure websites don’t just look cool, they work. You’ll lead audits, guide site maps, and orchestrate content so every website feels natural to navigate, optimized to rank, and designed to convert.
Key Responsibilities

Information Architecture
Design and refine site maps, navigation systems, and content hierarchies.
Align IA with business goals, user needs, and SEO opportunities.
Partner with UX and design teams to create wireframes, page templates, and content models that support intuitive user journeys.
Ensure consistency and clarity in labeling, taxonomy, and metadata.
SEO & AI Content Strategy
Conduct keyword research and integrate insights into IA and page structures.
Apply emerging AI-driven SEO techniques to shape site and content strategy.
Develop long-term content roadmaps that blend SEO with user-centered IA.
Content Audits & Analysis
Lead content and site audits to identify gaps, redundancies, and misalignments.
Assess performance using GA4, Core Web Vitals, and behavioral analytics.
Provide recommendations for restructuring, repurposing, or consolidating content.
Research, Strategy & Execution
Define user journeys and content personas to inform IA and messaging.
Translate research into actionable site structures and content guidelines.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to bring strategies to life.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Monitor site performance and iterate IA and content for improved engagement and conversions.
Stay on top of trends in SEO, UX, and content strategy—especially as AI reshapes search behavior and discovery.
Qualifications

3 years in content strategy, IA, or SEO (agency or in-house).
Proven experience building or restructuring site maps, navigation, and content hierarchies.
Strong understanding of SEO tools, AI-driven search, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, wireframing, and taxonomy development.
Excellent communication skills to guide stakeholders through complex IA decisions.
