This role is hands-on and physically demanding. We’re looking for someone who

shows up ready to work, takes initiative, and doesn’t need constant direction to stay

productive.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in manufacturing and assembling the signs that represent our

clients’ needs. This position involves measuring, cutting, assembling, lifting materials,

and working with tools, large format printers and various equipment throughout the

day. You’ll need to stay focused, move efficiently, and take pride in doing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture & Assemble

Operate large format printers, finishing table, hand tools, power tools, and shop

equipment to construct and assemble signs.

Stay Productive

Take initiative and keep projects moving without needing constant supervision.

Physical Work

Lift materials, move signs, and stay on your feet for much of the day in a busy shop

environment.

Stay Organized

Maintain a clean workspace and keep track of materials, tools, and project

components.

Multitask

Handle multiple steps of production including cutting, assembly, finishing, and prep

work.

Work as a Team

Collaborate with coworkers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Problem-Solve

Think on your feet and help find solutions when production challenges arise.What We’re Looking For
