Intake Specialist for Personal Injury Firm

Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm is looking to add an Intake Specialist to our team! The primary function of the Intake Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service to our potential clients. To be successful as an Intake Specialist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a sales role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, an Intake Specialist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure that all intake processes are executed to the highest quality standards. Candidate must be a team-player because they will be working with a team of people that are working towards a group goal.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and potential new client in person
• Makes/Receives initial phone call for our prospective clients
• Gathers pertinent information from our prospective clients
• Requests and follows up on supporting evidence for the potential claim
• Utilizes the workflow process completely with every client, both inside and outside of the firm’s case management software
• Sends out contracts via the RKSapp Law phone app and review with client over the phone for electronic signature
• Send Welcome Email to client within 24 hours of contracts being signed
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by Intake Director and/or Rebecca Sapp

Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Intake Specialist and/or sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred!
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred!
