Front Desk Receptionist – Ink Addiction Tattoo Studio

Valdosta, GA

Ink Addiction Tattoo Studio is looking for a reliable, confident, and customer-service driven receptionist to join our team. This is not a sit-on-your-phone type of job. Our studio stays busy, and we need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.

The receptionist is the first impression of our studio, so confidence, strong communication skills, and professionalism are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule and manage tattoo and piercing appointments
• Greet and assist customers entering the studio
• Help customers choose jewelry for piercings
• Retrieve tattoo supplies for artists when needed
• Keep the shop clean (vacuuming, mopping, wiping counters, etc.)
• Keep jewelry and front desk supplies stocked
• Assist artists and piercers with day-to-day shop operations

Requirements

• Must be reliable and on time
• No call / no show will not be tolerated
• Must have confidence and strong customer service skills
• Must be comfortable talking to customers both in person and on the phone
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Must be willing to clean and help keep the shop organized
