Position Overview:
The Client Relations Advocate serves as the welcoming face of our facility and the primary point of contact for pet parents. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring an excellent experience from check-in to check-out, and coordinating with our pet care team to meet every animal’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and departure
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, care updates, and policies
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain accurate client and pet records in our management system
Collaborate with pet care staff to ensure each pet receives personalized attention and care
Assist with social media updates, client follow-ups, and promotional efforts
Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or animal care preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compassion for animals and understanding of pet behavior
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
