Reasonable Tech Solutions in Towson, MD is looking for a Field Technician.The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, replacing and configuring equipment, and ensuring clients' IT systems run smoothly. This role requires travel to client locations on a rotating schedule.ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site troubleshooting, including computer replacements, printer fixes, and server refreshes.Provide user support for hardware, software, and network issues.Configure and install workstations, printers, and network devices.Grant and manage domain access for employees.Perform routine system maintenance and updates.Work closely with remote support teams to resolve escalated issues.Maintain accurate documentation of client IT environments and support tickets.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.Qualifications✅ Experience: 2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or MSP environment.✅ Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).✅ Certifications: CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications (preferred).✅ Technical Skills:Windows and macOS troubleshootingBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Printer and hardware repair experienceActive Directory and Office 365 administrationFamiliarity with remote management tools✅ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent customer service, and ability to work independently.✅ Valid driver's license and ability to travel between client sites.We are looking forward to reading your application.By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
