This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiting and Sales Manager, located in Riverside, CA. The role involves recruiting top real estate talent, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing strategies to meet business growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, organizing training programs, setting sales goals, coaching agents, and monitoring team performance. The manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and foster a positive, growth-minded work culture.
- Proven skills in Talent Acquisition, Interviewing, and Agent Recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Strategy, Team Management, and Goal Setting
- Expertise in Training and Coaching team members to achieve their potential
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market trends and best practices
