Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega Service Parts Management Specialist with strong experience in Servigistics (SPM) and supply chain planning. The ideal candidate will work on service parts planning, inventory optimization, and reverse logistics processes, while leveraging Pega and Oracle systems to drive efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Parts Management (SPM)
- Work extensively with Servigistics (PTC SPM) for service parts planning
- Manage demand and supply planning processes
- Optimize inventory and ensure availability of service parts
2. Pega Development & Implementation
- Design and implement solutions using Pega platform
- Apply Pega best practices and maintain system performance
- Utilize Certified System Architect (CSA) knowledge
3. Supply Chain & Logistics
- Support Oracle Order Management and Inventory Management processes
- Handle reverse logistics (returns, repairs, refurbishments)
- Improve inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency
4. Data & Analysis
- Work with SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Analyze demand, supply trends, and operational performance
5. Requirement Gathering & Communication
- Capture and document business requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
