Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled McCracken Developer with strong expertise in commercial lending systems and banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the McCracken (MCC) application, along with solid knowledge of data analysis, financial systems, and lending workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance solutions within the McCracken (MCC) platform
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support lending and financial processes
- Work on commercial real estate lending workflows and systems
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless integration
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support banking, payments, clearing, and settlement systems
- Participate in Agile development processes and team collaboration
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business and technical standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- McCracken (MCC) application
- Commercial Lending / Commercial Real Estate domain
- Experience in:
- Data Analysis and Data Modeling within MCC
- Banking platforms (payments, clearing, settlement systems)
- Strong programming skills in:
- Java (Advanced Concepts)
- C (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
