US Operations Head & Business Development Head with a strong background in IT staffing and consulting services.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving business growth, managing large staffing operations, building customer relationships, and scaling strategic accounts across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development and account growth
* Manage and expand existing customer relationships
* Bring an active book of business and industry network
* Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract discussions
* Coordinate with offshore recruitment and delivery teams
* Handle staffing operations and ensure delivery excellence
* Build long-term partnerships with direct clients and implementation partners
* Achieve revenue, margin, and operational growth targets
Required Experience
* 10 years in IT staffing / consulting industry
* Strong experience in US staffing sales and operations
* Proven success in scaling accounts and generating revenue
* Experience handling enterprise customers and MSP/VMS environments
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Existing client relationships / book of business is mandatory
Preferred
* Experience working with large staffing or consulting organizations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment
* Strong understanding of recruitment delivery models and client management
