RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust who owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are current recruiting for a Senior Lease Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team located in Downtown Orlando, FL.
This person will be responsible for the complete and accurate abstracting and set-up of property, lease and loan documents in various systems for NNN’s property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial real estate, have a good understanding of contract and leasing language and documentation and preferable experience with a real estate management software. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary (up to $75k base) 10% annual target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment while partnering directly with some of the top executives in the company.

Requirements
- Must have minimum 3-5 years’ related work experience and/or training
- 2-year Degree or higher.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have ability to interpret and administer complex lease documents.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Very strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Excel.
