Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory (AZ, TX, NV, OK)
- Develop relationships with clinical, administrative, and procurement stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and educational sessions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer data within CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
- Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed
- 2 years of experience in medical or healthcare-related sales
- Experience selling durable medical equipment (DME) strongly preferred
- Respiratory product experience (oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, etc.) highly preferred
- Experience selling into federal or government healthcare systems (VA, etc.) is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a territory-based role
- Established territory with strong growth potential
