Logistics Coordinator

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable, and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring a Logistics Coordinator in undefined, undefined. This is a new position for this company due to growth!!! This company is a well established, stable and growing, nationally recognized MEP firm!

Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating the movement of tools and materials, which may include ductwork, piping, and consumable materials.

Position Detail

• Coordinates deliveries to and from jobsite. Troubleshooting missing deliveries as needed.
• Schedules resources to facilitate deliveries, including transportation and equipment coordination .
• Collaborates with project leadership and corresponding departments to integrate logistics with established systems and processes.
• Communicates issues concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. Works on preventive measures as needed.
• Provides status reports on a daily or weekly update, which may include visual display of deliveries against project need.
• Excellent computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, including as Excel
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Office—Word and Excel skills
